Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Denarii, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Financial Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using Denarii on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Denarii is a cryptocurrency market tracking application that provides real-time and historical market data, watchlists, market news, price alerts, and optional AI-generated analysis. Denarii is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Denarii is not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet, or financial advisor and does not execute trades or hold funds on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using an email and password or Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Denarii.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

4. Subscriptions and Billing (Denarii Pro)

Denarii offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Denarii Pro, which unlocks premium features such as AI coin analysis, Signal Lab buy signals, unlimited watchlists, and advanced price alerts. Denarii Pro is available in weekly, monthly, and annual plans.

Payment

• Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase in your local currency and are set by Apple’s App Store pricing tiers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal

• Denarii Pro automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the selected plan, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Free trials and introductory offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable by law.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms. Denarii cannot issue refunds directly. You may request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Scrape, cache, or resell market data obtained through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to build or train competing products or datasets
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or subscription entitlements

6. Intellectual Property

The Denarii app, brand, logos, design, and content (excluding third-party market data and news) are the property of Denarii and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

Denarii integrates with and displays data from third-party services, including CoinGecko, CoinDesk, third-party AI providers, Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Apple, and Expo. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are outside our control. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Denarii is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Content in the app, including AI analysis and Signal Lab signals, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. See our full Financial Disclaimer.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET DATA, AI OUTPUT, OR SIGNALS ARE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENARII AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denarii, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@denarii.app. If not resolved within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual-property rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using Denarii and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Denarii regarding the Service.
