Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?+
Open the Denarii app and tap Sign Up. You can register with an email and password, or use Sign in with Apple. Both options give you full access to the app; Denarii Pro features require an active subscription.
How do I delete my account?+
In the Denarii app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account and personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server-side data — you must use the in-app delete flow. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@denarii.app and we will process the request manually.
How do I manage or cancel Denarii Pro?+
Denarii Pro is billed by Apple. To manage or cancel: open Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?+
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase Denarii Pro, open the app, and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Subscription. Your entitlement will be re-verified with Apple and RevenueCat.
How do I request my data or exercise privacy rights?+
Email privacy@denarii.app from the address associated with your account. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is Denarii financial advice?+
No. Denarii is for informational and educational purposes only. AI analysis and Signal Lab signals are not buy or sell recommendations. Please review our Financial Disclaimer before making any financial decision.
What data does Denarii collect?+
Account email (and name if you use Sign in with Apple), device and usage information, crash diagnostics, subscription status, and preferences such as your watchlist. We do not collect wallet keys, bank credentials, trading history, or precise location. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
